Find and Replace Text Function Question

Hi,

In a Sandbox, I used the Find and Replace Text Function to replace Job Name with Job Title. I saw that the replacements were made. However, when I ran a Headcount Report staying in the same Sandbox, the field name of 'Job Name' still showed on the Headcount report.

Is the Find and Replace Text Function to updating Names in Oracle, not related to the field names we view in Reporting? I thought it may dynamically update the field names in the report for the individual column, or do we have to manually go into each report that has 'Job Name' and manually replace with 'Job Title'.
