draftPurchaseOrders Payload returned twice for one PO where Buyer has Home email account too

Summary:

When invoking /fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/draftPurchaseOrders
for a PO, where the buyer has more than one email address, it returns the PO data twice, once for each email address.

We don't want it to return the buyers personal email address. Ideally, it should just return the primary, work email address.

There are two issues here, one being duplicate data, the other is a persons personal private email address should really only be something for HR and the persons manager, not something visible in this payload.
