Removing profane customer chats from the queue

Does anyone know how to suppress/remove the Request Email Response button from the screen that pops when removing a customer from the queue using rules?
I've figured out a way to flag profane/abusive customers and kick them out of the queue, but the window that pops up contains a button, labeled "Request Email Response", that I'd like to remove. And I can't find anything that works to suppress the button.
My suspicions is that I have to modify a widget to do this.
Any ideas appreciated.
