How to upload data to LIVE using excel add-in

Hi All,

I am a beginner of VBCS. I tried to upload data using the VBCS excel -add-in.

When I use the development API, it works fine while shows error when use live API.

The ad-in shows 'Valid username and password credentials are required to proceed. Retry the operation and provide valid credentials. (VBAFE-00101)
The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.'

But I used the same user and password.


Could you help with this issue?
