How often should the ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS be run?
Summary:
An issue has been reported by our customer in learning regarding the view managers screen for employees on summary level in the redwood interface. The summary level view is not updating for their employees who have attended a particular offering/course. We were able to find a solution for this by running the ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS scheduled process.
However, would you be able to clarify on whether this process should be scheduled every so often rather than just having them as one off requests following every clone or release to help avoid this type of issue?
