Any customers having issues with SCORM completion statuses following 24B?

I am starting to get reports of issues with SCORM files not reporting as complete that were previously working.

We have typically used SCORM 1.2 as the standard publish format on our eLearning content files, which has been fine up to now - my team had been testing out some new content packages in the past couple of weeks and they showed successful completion. However, since the weekend of 24B production deployment, these SCORM 1.2 packages are showing inability / inconsistency in sending completion statuses correctly back to Oracle. Following numerous tests, we have found that republishing in SCORM 2004 format appears to rectify the issue. This is fine for new content loads, but I am concerned about reports
