Employee Not Showing When Searched in Manager ID Attribute of New Hire HSDL Created

Summary: We have created a HSDL for the business "Create New Hire" for new hire creation when we open the Excel file and are in the section Manager ID cell, in the LoV we are not able to find a particular worker/person number when searched further, lot of employees are not reflecting in the list.

Due to business requirement to search the manager by either using Person Number, Display Name and Assignment Number of the Manager as search criteria's, I used View Object "oracle.apps.hcm.employment.core.restModel.publicWorker.view.AllReportPVO" in place of default view object which is "oracle.apps.hcm.employment.core.workerServiceV2.view.PersonPVO". for Manager ID attribute in HSDL.
