Fixed work pattern integration with OTL

edited Jun 27, 2024 2:25PM in Workforce Management 2 comments

Hi there,

I'm looking to understand if it is feasible to use fixed work patterns (delivered in 23C as part of Workforce Scheduling) instead of assignment work schedules but am not fully clear if I would need to generate and publish work schedules to have these patterns considered as scheduled hours for Time and Labor purposes, specifically generating time entries from scheduled hours.

Is anyone able to confirm whether Time and Labor should recognise fixed work patterns assigned to employees without publishing schedules?

Thanks in advance!
