Requirement : Dealer should have visibility to  all vehicle data irrespective of whether contact-vehicle association exist or not.

Expected Data flow:

From Oracle Service Cloud - Customer Portal page Vehicle ID is passed to OPA through input mapping. OPA should load the corresponding vehicle ID in interview page to create new claim or product registration

Actual :

1.   OPA interview form loads data only if contact-vehicle association exist else vehicle information is not getting loaded in OPA form

2.   Vehicle ID selection filter is not applied while loading data in OPA form
