Federal Tax Withholding Filing Status - Pulling Data from Tables

Summary: The Federal Tax Withholding Filing Status seen from the front end of the application is displaying a status that does not correspond with the Filing Status seen in the PAY_RANGE_INST_V view.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): It appears that filing statuses changed on the federal level some time in 2020 and a filing status of "2 - Married" can now be "4 - Single or Married filing separately". Unfortunately, the Value field still seems to display a "2", though in the application it is showing the status of 4 (Single or Married filing separately).

Can anyone help me with the sql needed to retrieve the correct status value?
