How to obtain report of all Learning records affected by 'Last Updated By' criteria?

Hello,

A line manager reported that they were seeing two terminated employees under My Team>Learning. I did some digging and noticed that several Learning Assignments seem to have been updated with the same 'Last Updated By' and 'Last Updated Date' criteria.

For example, I checked one of our 'DNU' Courses, which is a course that has been discontinued (end-dated), and yet there are several terminated employees who now have an active Learning Assignment as of 05/21/2024. In checking 'About This Record', they all have this same information:

I have checked several other courses, DNU and non-DNU courses, active and terminated employees, and it seems that there must have been a mass action done on this date. I should note that our Redwood Learning migration also took place on 05/21/2024.
