Project resources not reflecting in base tables PJT_PROJECT_RESOURCE & PJF_PROJECT_PARTIES

Summary:

Hi,

We are doing an implementation on PPM.
A new project was created and resources allocated to it.
It is an expectation that they should reflect in the base tables.
However , the base tables only show the project manager and not other resources.
Please can you help.

The data is not getting picked up in either PJT_PROJECT_RESOURCE or in PJF_PROJECT_PARTIES.

Even the table PJR_ASSIGNMENT is empty.

What am i missing and what do i need to extract resource information from a project in ppm for downstream processing.
