What is the field where I can check the inactivated date of user in fusion.

Summary:

I want field where inactive date of user gets stored . Also if I delete some role from user I want to have when did I delete the role. Also in Front end I am able to see user is inactive but active_flag in per_users is 'Y'. Where do we store all this info. If someone have worked on such requirement please help with the query.
