Information required related to Microsoft Outlook Calendar Integration

We have enabled Microsoft Outlook Calendar integration for our client, and the client has requested the following information.
1. Document that the app is using signed trusted certificates
2. The application is not able to see other calendar events/appointments outside of training events.
