For Virus, Illness, Injury Event, how is the Alert mail triggered to HR Representative
Summary:
For Virus, Illness, Injury Event, how is the Alert mail triggered to HR Representative and we do not have HR Representative, to whom this notification mail goes to, can we track the person.
Under Alert Configuration, added another mail id as Recipient, still no mail is received when Injury Event is created.
Can anyone help here?
