Oracle Unity Enhancements:

Segmentation usability improvements. Several small changes have been made to the segmentation canvas to improve usability.

  • Attribute and reference segment names are no longer truncated, and are now visually distinct from editable page elements.
  • The operator box is now wider, allowing more text for the selected operator to be displayed.
  • The text of several common error messages has been improved.

Segmentation performance improvements. To enhance segment performance, the "Matches"/"Does not match" and "Contains"/"Does not contain" operators will no longer perform automatic case-insensitive matching. For example, if you enter "email," it will not automatically match records with "Email" or "EMAIL." If you need case-insensitivity for a particular condition, you can now choose from the new operators: "Matches (case insensitive)," "Does not match (case insensitive)," "Contains (case insensitive)," or "Does not contain (case insensitive)." Existing segments will not be affected, and when opened on the canvas, they will default to the case-insensitive versions. If case insensitivity is not required, you can switch to the case-sensitive
