Need to know the REST/SOAP API's that can be used to read Oracle cross validation rules.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We are integrating our Oracle system to bring in transactional data from other procurement system. We need to make sure third party system able to read and maintain cross validation rules defined on Oracle side. So that they can validate correct GL combinations selected while creating the transaction. And it should not fail while importing into Oracle. As all requisition/PO approvals are happening in third party on those transactions.
