We have multiple assignment system for your client and for an Hourly employee Balance is distributed based FTE. So wanted to hear how to transfer Absence Plan Balance from an end dated Assignment to other active assignments based on Employees FTE.

Below is the more detailed explanation:

ISSUE: When an employee has multiple assignments and one assignment ends, the balance from the ended assignment does not transfer to the other remaining assignments.

Example:
Frontloaded plan, plan term of the calendar year, and start the month of 7/1, the employee should receive a total of 48 hours for the year. Assignment #1 ends on 8/1/2023. The employee has not used any of the 20.57 hours accrued on the assignment. The employee now only has 27.43 hours to use for the year.
