Duplicate responses to mandatory question when submitting a reconciliation.

Hi Folks,

I created a mandatory question to track how long it takes to preparer a reconciliation to give Leadership visibility on man hours.

I have been running into an issue with reporting where some of the preparers are responding to the question multiple times within moments of each other. The result is multiple question responses appear on the reconciliation audit report; Leadership wants to see one response for each reconciliation for a given period with as little data manipulation as possible.

I am thinking there is not much that can be done regarding creating a report that only shows the reconciliation's most recent question response. I was wondering if anyone has insight on updating/building a question to receive only one response.
