How to unhide additional person information page - person extra info

Summary:

Steps taken - deployed the EFF Section
Went to VBS - changed our custom sections from hidden to view - published the page - no errors in the job/pipeline…
Redwood profile options is 'Yes' ORA_PER_ADDITIONAL_PERSONAL_INFO_REDWOOD_ENABLED
However - I can't our options in the drop down menu

Is there an ESS job that needs to be ran?
