How to display Project costing information on existing requisitions once Project costing is enabled

Summary:

We are implementing PPM in our organization. As part of this, wanted to update the existing approved requisitions (created before PPM implementation) with the project information. However, on clicking withdraw and edit on the existing approved requisition, we are not able to see the Project Costing information fields (Project , Task, Exp Type etc.) . However, when they are creating new requisitions or duplicating their existing requisitions, they are able to enter Project costing information

Please let us know if there is any specific role which is restricting the requestors to not update the project costing information on their existing requisitions.
