Dear Team,
We are unable to create the Fusion SCM Approval Hierarchy workflow in OTM for the orders that are manually created in OTM. Please let us know if there is a feasibility for this.
Ex:
lets take below employees X,Y,Z as example and their roles are as below:
Requester - X
Manager - Y
Director - Z
Now in Fusion SCM if X create a order that will trigger the approval workflow as X>Y>Z. i.e. first it will go to his line manager Y and once it is approved there then it will go to 'Z' and once it is approved by Z then the order will be created in SCM.
