Reverse the OpeningBalance entries

We're using the Insert rule (FCCS_10) to reverse the OpeningBalance entries. It works for all data sources except for Journal Input_USD, which is used for TranslatedCurrencyInput. We tried moving this to FCCS_30, but the value still doesn't appear in FCCS_OpeningBalanceAdjustment. Is this the right approach? Please help. Thanks in advance.
