How to mass assign roles to existing supplier users

Summary:

We have a requirement where we created a custom role for the supplier users to create work confirmation in supplier portal.

Since the custom role cannot be attached automatically for existing supplier users, we are looking for an option to mass assign this custom role existing active supplier users.
