Organization chart Showing only up to Parent Department Employee Details

Dear All

We are facing issue after update to 24B , we were not able to view complete organizational chart , we can see only up to parent department , above the parent department we cannot see , means we are not able to see CEO —>Division Head—>Division Director—>Employees we are only able to see only up to division Head CEO and other Division Heads we are not able to view, is any one can help with this
