I'm trying to create a tip (or via process - the same issue appears either way) which is conditional to a specific category being chosen in classic HRHD. When "Organisation Change" Category is chosen, I wish to display a tip / single guide. I have it set as below;


I have tried this as both a Smart tip & a single process type, and the same issue occurs when testing;

  1. Add organisation change as category
  2. The tip / process chows for a split second
