How to apply Manual price Adjustments from Line level EFF attribute.

Hi All,

Our clients requirement is to store all manual charges into EFF attribute and apply as Manual Price adjustments on the sales order line.

I have implemented oracle provided solution but i am not able to achieve this functionality.

Appreciate any help regarding this.
