Need to automatically end date an User in ERP Cloud ( HCM not in scope ) as it was in EBS before?

In EBS, there was an effective end date for users, but in ERP Cloud, there is no provision to specify an end date. Therefore, if a user's contract finishes, they would have to manually inactivate the user in ERP Cloud. In contrast, in EBS, the user account would be automatically inactivated after the effective end date.
