Purging Template

Summary:

We need to delete candidates that's been in the system for 6 months = DACH Region and/or 1 year = Croatia and Slovenia without interactions.
We are trying to do it using templates in Data Exchange > Configure Person Information Removal Policies however, we cannot see a way to filter them based on the length of time that they are in the system without interactions. Do you have an idea on how to do it?
