The File Was Not Downloaded or Was Not Downloaded Correctly - PO PDF

Summary:

I recently updated my PO PDF report template and uploaded it. When I try to view that in View PDF in front-end, it throws the error "The File Was Not Downloaded or Was Not Downloaded" for newly created POs but able to download it for older POs.

I found this document, Doc ID 2312855.1 from Oracle support but don't know the navigation for the options provided in the solution.

SOLUTION:

The  language associated to the supplier site must be installed.

If the language associated to the supplier site is not installed, change it to one of the languages installed.
