Hello Team,

My client is looking for a process for streamlining the Project to AR flow, For which we have created a Job-Set that elminates 3 schedule processes Transfer Invoices to AR, AutoInvoice Import & Project AR Acceptance. Currently, the client team is handling invoices every day and submitting them to a different portal for a short duration each day 5-10 min manually.

Are there any methods or processes that can help with this requirement?

Also, I am looking for a view on these 2 points mainly -

1. Impact on System Performance: What would be the potential impact on system performance if we were to schedule this job set to run every 5 minutes? will we get errors if the process isn't complete within 5 minutes?
