We enabled few fields for Auditing. Want to know all the audit tables related to Item and its Corresponding Child Tables.

We enabled few fields for Auditing.
We have updated Description which is present under Edit Item Tabs in UI and we trying to check the audit table EGP_SYSTEM_ITEMS_B_ , here we don't see any history of Description or the description present.
Can you please provide us all the audit tables related to Item and its Corresponding Child Tables.

As of now we know only the below audit tables:
