Why Manage Work Definition Redwood user experience UI does not display existing work definitions ?

Not able to use search, filter or any functions on redwood user experience page.

We have Redwood user experience profile option set for Common work set up > Work Definition.

It opens and displays no existing work definition. It seems all the functions of search, filter are not working
