Load rules are taking longer than usual after migrating from non-enterprise to enterprise

Summary:
We are doing Planning application migration from Legacy to Enterprise, after doing migration DataManagement load rules are taking longer than usual in the "Transform and stage" process, any idea or any suggestions on this please?

in the migration nothing is changed, because all we did is a lift-and-shift from the legacy to the Enterprise with absolutely no changes.
