Migration to One Console: Enhancing Your Cloud Service Experience

The OCCS legacy Cloud Portal which is used to manage your commerce subscription and associated instances is scheduled to be migrated to the next-generation One Console, offering a unified interface for managing all your cloud services. This migration will enhance your portal experience with improved environment management, seamless communication, heightened security, enhanced account management, and a unified support experience.

The migration will occur in phases, and if you are already on One Console, no migration is needed. Accounts onboarded before 2020 will undergo cloudification, requiring the creation of a new subscription account to replace the current one. There will be no disruption to your running commerce environments, as they will seamlessly connect to the new subscription account during the instance creation request workflow.
