Default rule for 'Time Card Required for Assignment' based on Payroll Definition

Summary:

Hi,

We have a requirement to default 'Time Card Required for Assignment' to "Y" based on payroll definition (i.e. default 'Time Card Required for Assignment' as Yes if payroll definition is biweekly).

Is it possible to default it as per above requirement? I tried Payroll terms and Payroll Assignment Additional info objects, however, I am unable to check payroll definition as a criteria.
