Advanced Absence Entry for Childbirth Absence Pattern
Summary:
Is there a way for Childbirth Absence Pattern to allow advanced entry? I think this is not possible but wanted to confirm and see if Oracle released anything to achieve this requirement? We don't use workforce schedules yet and we have employees who work 12 hour shifts instead of the standard 8 like the rest of the employees. If they use this specific absence pattern, system only populates 8 hours instead of 12 so we want a way to prevent that from happening.
