Min-Max Planning to consider the Supplies created only after a specific date range

Summary:

They are many several PRs and POs in open Status that are considered as a supply in Min-max planning. However, many of these PRs are pretty old and requirement is to not consider this for Supply.

Is there a way to neglect the PRs or POs that was created before a specified Date to not be considered as Supply in Min-Max Planning ?
