chat_landing - display custom field value

Hi all,

Was wondering if there is a  way to expose an incident custom field value that the customer entered on the chat_launch page on the chat_landing page (on the chat dialogue page).

I added  the following widget:

<rn:widget path="output/CustomAllDisplay" table="Incident"/> 

Only issue is that the custom field value the enduser added on the chat launch page does not show on the chat_landing even though the custom field value was passed to the agent chat console/workspace.

I also tried the output/DataDisplay widget as well and didn't work either.
