while creating inspection ,how can we restrict the quantity to inspect based on on-hand quantity ?

Summary:

in the given example in document attached ,We can enter inspection quantity as 1 and 2 or whatever we want , this should not be acceptable as it should only take 1 as the on hand quantity is only 1 in the inventory. we want to restrict the item quantity to the on-hand quantity only
