For some user we are not able to fetch the data in BI Reports

Summary:

Hi Everyone,

We are not able to fetch the data in BI Reports and created a user having basic employee role and granted him permissions to reports folder. Folder has reports have Learning related data. User is not able to fetch any data in the reports. It doesn’t give any error. We don't want to give user Learning Specialist role as this would grant access to Admin side UI as well.
Please suggest what we need to do. Using this user account we just want to fetch Learn related data using BI reports.
