Can I incorporate javascript library in SaaS VBCS

We have build an application in standalone VBCS that converts a picked Excel file from .xlsx format to .csv then copies it to Object Storage. This is achieved using a javascript library. The reference to the javascript library is made in the <> index.html . We are now looking to migrate this application to VBCS embedded within Oracle Fusion Cloud. Does anyone know if this is possible as I cannot find similar configuration as show below?
