post to ledger/ View accounting greyed out

Dear all

I was creating a transaction in Receivables Billing all when well and was able to post it also the same for Credit memo
But when i went out and created an invoice with the invoice Rule in advanve or in Arrear

After completing the process and no error appear

post to ledger or account in draft are greyed out

Kindly advise
