Enabling Supplier Portal access to External users/Suppliers

Summary:

We are trying to implement Supplier Portal and wanted to know the list of steps needed(IP addess whitelisted) to enable the supplier portal access to the external users/suppliers. Currently, the Supplier Portal URL is accessible Internally ONLY and restricted to outside the Company network. we would like to know how to enable the access to Supplier Portal outside the company network.
