Canceled PO cannot be re-communicated

Summary: Once PO is canceled, we get option to communicate the same to supplier, but for instance if that email did not reach suppliers mailbox and we want to re-communicate from Actions > Communicate, it does not get communicated.


Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): In business, there are multiple issues, when email might not reach suppliers, e.g. server issues, technical glitch, incorrect email address etc.
