Increased packaging workload notification

On July 9th, we will release a new system-generated information notification that will be sent to all OCI announcements subscribers (the notification service for all release/outage events in your environments) informing you when student financial aid telemetry data has detected an increase in the packaging workload within your production environment.

Upon receiving this notification, you will notice increased re-packaging durations as the service processes event messages received or works through processing from a scheduled batch job. This is normal and has always been included in the service but can raise questions when the process is noticed by users. This notification will add transparency and clarity.
