Why is Transaction Console is giving false positive errors to changes made on Redwood Pages?
Summary:
We are seeing an influx of "failed" transactions in transaction console for changes made on Redwood Pages (personal details, contact info, family and emergency contacts) - but the transactions are not actually failed. One of our HRIS analysts has been reaching out to employees in the error log and they are confirming that their updated information has been saved correctly, with no error.
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
None of these transactions have actually failed, transaction console is giving false positive fails - only happening with recently enabled Redwood pages. Why?
