how to make abo_delta work with over 1000 children?

Summary:

We use abo and some of our models have more than 1000 lines in them. When we try to modify we get a bunch of ADD lines because inputBom is truncated at 1000 children.

In BOM Administration Platform - Declare BML Util Function we have _ORCL_ABO.abo_delta executed on Saving Configuration. The parameters of abo_delta include inputBom and configBom.

We have some Asstes with more than 1000 children. When I load one of these into config and then click save I would expect all of the lines to have the action code NO_UPDATE. Unfortunately only 1000 have NO_UPDATE and the others have ADD.
