Changing the Effective start date of workterm and assignment in case it is not the HIRE Date

Hi All,

I have one workrelationship with 3 active assignments. The 3rd assignment which is non-primary assignment starts from 28-May-2024 with action code as Add Assignment. However, customer wants to push the assignment back to one day i.e. 27-May-2024. As this is not achievable through UI without deleting the assignment (as other assignment change records are already present), need to check if there is a way to update the effective start date for this assignment & workterm through HDL. I found the the worker object is not enabled for the replacefirsteffectivestartdate and end date parameters.

How can we achieve the effective start date of assignment and workterm in case it is not the Hire date without changing the action code as well ?
