Dynamic layout rule set editor in Redwood page

Summary:


In the Journeys page we were able to change/edit the filed name and we were able to rearrange the fields where as we were not able to do the same changes in the Employment Info page. We are unable to see the option of Dynamic Layout/Rule set editor in the Employment Info page.

Can you please suggest on this.
